Conspiracies

Conspiracy - "an evil, unlawful, treacherous, or surreptitious plan formulated in secret by two or more persons; plot (Dictionary.com)."

Things are sort of a mess right now. Some things under 'conspiracies' might go better under one of the 'sightings' section, and vice-versa. I plan on working on that problem whenever I can.

The conspiracies are rated on a scale of *(least) to *****(most) in terms of seriousness.
